With Maximus the Gladiator at Loretta Lynn’s Ranch in Hurricane Mills, TN.

We’ve been on the road for 4 years now, still no lack of new and exciting experiences. We are in a 40′ Phaeton motorhome with a Jeep toad and are domiciled out of Texas. The USA has some amazing scenery and people, you just have to buckle up and go see for yourself!

    Charlie & Jeanne,
We met you guys in South Carolina a few years back when we were on a cross country RV trip. It was around the end of August beginning of September 2014. Just wondering how the full time RV life is treating you guys? Are you still loving it?
If you are ever in Arizona please give us a shout so we can get together and hear about your adventures.

Howdy! Lake Aire RV park in Hollywood, SC September 1-3, 2014, we remember! We’ve passed the 5 year mark, as you can see on our recent blog posts. We are still married, Jeanne has not killed me, and still having fun seeing new stuff. We just finished hitting the last of the lower 48 with our last summer’s swoop through New England and all points northeast. We are currently in CA visiting grandkids & taking care of medical appts. If you’re still in Scottsdale area we will certainly try to make contact next time we pass through. Prescott area is on our short list for a possible landing zone when we decide to go back to a more settled life. Hope you are still enjoying RVing. Even when we settle, we want to downsize the rig and continue exploring the USA, we know we have missed alot thus far. Take care and you never know when we may run into each other again…
